Training with Roland has really transformed my life for the better, when I started training with Roland I was weighing around 250 lbs and now 6 months in I am already down to 215 lbs aiming towards my goal of 200 lbs. Roland is such a great trainer because he understands what my limits are and is always able to get the best out of me. It’s been such a blast so far and I would never exchange it for anything else.
